I read your reviews, I have a very common name. There has been invalid information in my credit report that belonged to my mother because even she and I have the same name and have lived at the same address. I ask that you make absolutely sure that you have the correct information, if a business verifies an active employee from your website and as a result they lose their job, you will run the risk of being sued for defamation of character. "Of course, financial consequences often go hand-in-hand with harm to reputation. If you lose some business or lose your job altogether, you could seek compensation for those financial losses. If you lose business opportunities and can tie that to the defamatory statements, that is also a form of financial harm for which you can seek recovery.
